Fermented Hot Sauce

Fermented hot sauces with Asian inspired flavors. Midori (green) is a blend of jalapeno and serrano peppers flavored with Yuzu citrus. Dragon (red) is a combination of Fresno, habanero and Thai chilies blended with fresh ginger. Momo (yellow) is mix of Hungarian hot peppers, Guero chilies, shiso and peach. All varieties are gluten-free and sweetened with organic agave.
 
Hot sauces must be refrigerated.
